- • Own a named portfolio of clients, managing relationships from onboarding through long-term retention and ensuring sustained platform value
- • Vibe code daily by pulling data from the platform, writing SQL queries against the data warehouse, reading relevant code paths, and shipping fixes to unblock clients
- • Translate real client pain points into actionable product insights by surfacing gaps, tracking adoption signals, and influencing the product roadmap through data and intuition
- • Act as the internal and external voice of the client, building trust with engineering, product, sales, and compliance teams to advocate for high-impact fixes
- • Drive client growth by turning exceptional support experiences into referrals and ensuring a magical experience for sophisticated traders
- • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance to deliver white-glove service to Polymarket’s most active users
- • Monitor and improve support operations by ensuring the support organization gets 1% better every single day
- • Debug API requests and development environments to resolve technical issues impacting client usage
- • Use first-hand client feedback to shape product decisions and prioritize features that directly address user needs
- • Maintain high standards of communication in online and community settings with clear, fast, and human-written responses
- • Balance and manage 10+ live client threads simultaneously without dropping any, demonstrating strong prioritization and attention to detail
- • Serve as a mini-founder within a startup-like team inside Polymarket, operating with autonomy and ownership over client outcomes
- • Work directly with institutional clients, high-stakes power users, and sophisticated traders to understand their unique market behaviors and technical requirements
- • Contribute to building Polymarket as a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media by enhancing platform reliability and user experience
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
- • Strong technical background as an engineer with a passion for working closely with customers and product teams
- • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
- • Comfortable debugging API requests and development environments
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online and community settings with strong tone-reading ability
- • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail with ability to manage 10+ live client threads simultaneously
