  • • Your deep understanding of the Comet browser will enable you to grow into the go-to expert for both technical and functional inquiries, instilling confidence in users and internal teams alike as they navigate and utilize our AI-powered browsing solution.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with our Enterprise, Mobile, and Desktop engineering teams to swiftly resolve user issues and strategically coordinate resources across different departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient support experience.
  • • You will act as a crucial bridge between user feedback and product development, translating critical learnings from user issues and support interactions into actionable insights for scalable solutions.
  • • This translation will involve working hand-in-hand with our Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to champion and implement product enhancements, workflow optimizations, and support process improvements that directly address user needs and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with key Comet Enterprise users will be paramount. You will proactively engage with these strategic accounts to deeply understand their specific workflows and ensure their continued success and satisfaction with the Comet browser.
  • • Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and diagnosing technical pain points not only within our Comet browser solution but also within our customers' unique implementation environments.
  • • You will leverage your experience with AI tools to not only optimize your own workflows but also to guide users and internal teams on how to harness AI for improved efficiency and productivity within their browsing activities.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of a cutting-edge AI product by providing direct, impactful feedback based on real-world user interactions and technical challenges.
  • • You will contribute to the development of comprehensive knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides, empowering users with self-service resources and reducing reliance on direct support.
