- • As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) within Dataiku's Solutions Engineering team, you will focus on technical programming to increase adoption through product enablement and one-to-many user engagement for the Lower Enterprise segment ($1B–$10B annual revenue) across the AMER region.
- • Day to day, you will define the role and build scalable programs and automations, develop and A/B test enablement initiatives, execute product demonstrations and hands-on workshops with Sales Engineers, onboard customers and drive retention through best practice education, establish strategic advisory touchpoints, create communities of practice and document client use cases, and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities.
- • You will join a founding team in a high-impact, high-flexibility role where you will shape the strategy for a new customer segment and help pave the way for future continental leadership opportunities at Dataiku, the Platform for AI Success used by leading enterprises to operationalize AI as a business performance engine.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable customer enablement, technical advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining experience in defining go-to-market strategies for emerging segments and driving measurable AI adoption and value realization at enterprise scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-1 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles with a proven track record of customer satisfaction
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both no-code and high-code users
- • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER region
