Your primary mission will be to serve as a vital technical platform resource, deeply engaging with our most valuable users to ensure their success and uncover new avenues for business growth.
- • You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Neara software platform, mastering its functionalities and translating its complex capabilities into clear, tangible value propositions for our customers. This involves becoming an expert in how our machine learning-driven simulations can address critical challenges in grid resilience and optimization.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct, hands-on engagement with customers, including substantial on-site presence. This close collaboration is crucial for driving the adoption and seamless integration of the Neara platform across their organizations, ensuring ease of use and maximizing user proficiency.
- • You will be responsible for verifying that the Neara solutions deployed meet contractual specifications and are actively delivering the agreed-upon business outcomes. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- • A core responsibility is to cultivate a profound understanding of each customer's strategic objectives and overarching business goals. Armed with this knowledge, you will provide expert guidance on how Neara's solutions can be leveraged to enable, enhance, and accelerate their initiatives.

- • You will be instrumental in identifying emerging client needs and strategic opportunities. This intelligence will be fed back to the Neara Sales and Deployment teams to inform sophisticated customer account strategies and identify further growth potential.
- • This role demands a proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a genuine enjoyment for devising creative solutions to overcome customer challenges and unlock commercial opportunities. Your ability to translate complex customer outcomes back into actionable technical solutions will be highly valued.
