  • • Own end-to-end adoption and success for a portfolio of Fieldguide audit customers, with accountability for platform usage, workflow maturity, and long-term retention
  • • Drive deep platform adoption by actively configuring workflows, templates, and engagement structures directly within the Fieldguide platform alongside audit teams
  • • Translate audit standards, firm methodologies, and industry best practices into scalable, repeatable Fieldguide workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
  • • Partner directly with audit teams to optimize audit execution by redesigning and refining workflows based on real-world usage and practitioner feedback
  • • Lead customer enablement initiatives including training, change management, and adoption campaigns to transition teams away from legacy audit processes
  • • Identify usage gaps, inefficiencies, and risk signals in customer workflows and proactively recommend data-driven improvements to enhance outcomes
  • • Serve as a trusted practitioner-advisor, confidently guiding customers toward better audit practices even when it requires challenging existing norms
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams to relay practitioner-level insights and influence product roadmap priorities
  • • Support customer renewals and expansion by demonstrating clear, provable business value derived from Fieldguide platform usage
  • • Contribute to scalable success initiatives by developing playbooks, templates, enablement content, and best-practice frameworks for broader customer use
  • • Own and exceed KPIs tied to customer adoption, retention, platform engagement, and measurable audit workflow improvements
  • • Operate as a product-native role—working hands-on inside the software to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize workflows rather than managing relationships from afar
  • • Act as a bridge between audit practitioners and internal teams, ensuring product development is grounded in real audit lifecycle needs and pain points
  • • Support the evolution of Fieldguide’s customer success strategy by contributing to scalable systems that empower audit teams across diverse firm sizes and geographies
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with audit engagement phases including planning, evidence collection, review, and finalization to provide contextually accurate guidance

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of experience in public accounting (audit, assurance, or advisory) or audit methodology/innovation/transformation roles
  • • Deep understanding of the full audit lifecycle: planning, evidence collection, review, and engagement management
  • • Hands-on experience configuring software workflows and troubleshooting real-world usage challenges in audit or advisory platforms
  • • Proven ability to lead training, change management, and adoption initiatives with audit teams
  • • Practitioner mindset focused on advising, enabling, and driving change rather than acting as a relationship-only resource
  • • Strong technical curiosity with interest in data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows
