📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Engineer / Roboticist at Foxglove Technologies, you will be the face of the company to ~20 of the most impactful robotics companies in Europe, ensuring they gain maximum value from the Foxglove platform post-sales.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive-level engagements and ad-hoc meetings with senior and junior clients, driving customer enablement by understanding workflows and redesigning processes, acting as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, and providing direct technical support to robotics companies.
• • You will join a mission-driven team building observability, visualization, and data infrastructure for robots operating in real-world environments across factories, warehouses, vehicles, and field deployments, used by robotics and autonomous systems teams to ingest, store, query, replay, and analyze massive volumes of multimodal sensor data.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in robotics data management and observability, drive adoption of new workflows, champion best practices that accelerate the robotics development flywheel, and grow your impact through end-to-end ownership of customer success initiatives with high autonomy and visibility.
