- • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sardine’s enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor and internal champion to maximize product value and ROI across fraud prevention, AML compliance, and payment risk solutions.
- • Build deep expertise in Sardine’s platform, including device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI-driven fraud detection, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Collaborate daily with Sardine’s risk analytics, data science, and engineering teams to proactively address emerging fraud typologies, integrate customer feedback into product development, and deliver tailored risk mitigation strategies.
- • Design and monitor customer-specific KPIs related to fraud reduction, false positive rates, and compliance efficiency, then communicate performance trends and strategic recommendations through regular business reviews.
- • Advise customers on industry best practices for fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and payment security, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and operational goals.
- • Own the end-to-end customer solution process: from initial onboarding and API integration support to ongoing optimization and expansion planning, coordinating cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
- • Conduct strategic account planning sessions to identify upsell opportunities, long-term product adoption paths, and scalability initiatives based on customer growth and evolving risk landscapes.
- • Translate high-level business objectives from clients into specific technical requirements and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that reduce fraud losses and improve user experience.
- • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with precision, prioritizing tasks, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to diverse stakeholders — from C-suite executives to technical operations teams — in both virtual and in-person settings.
- • Continuously identify inefficiencies in customer success workflows and implement process improvements to scale support, enhance satisfaction, and reduce churn.
- • Act as a bridge between customers and product teams, providing critical feedback on product functionality, usability, and market demand to inform Sardine’s roadmap.
- • Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze customer usage patterns, detect adoption bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven interventions to increase product engagement and retention.
- • Maintain a proactive stance in anticipating customer challenges, offering preemptive solutions before issues escalate, and reinforcing Sardine’s value as a strategic partner in fraud and compliance.
- • Support the expansion of Sardine’s customer base in the UK and Europe by demonstrating deep domain understanding of regional regulatory environments and fintech risk dynamics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
- • Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using business intelligence tools
- • Proven ability to translate complex technical strategies into simple, actionable customer solutions
- • Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- • Previous customer-facing experience with a technical product
