  • • As a Customer Success Executive focused on Payors, you will be instrumental in ensuring our health plan clients derive significant, measurable value from Hippocratic AI's groundbreaking solutions. This is a critical role where you will act as the primary liaison between Hippocratic AI and our payer partners, fostering deep, trusted relationships and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • • You will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our payer portfolio. This remote position requires regular travel to client sites across the United States and periodic visits to our Palo Alto headquarters, allowing for immersive engagement with our clients and internal teams.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for health plan organizations. You will cultivate strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including those in clinical operations, utilization management, care management, and executive leadership. Understanding their unique challenges and strategic objectives will be paramount to success.
  • • You will lead the charge in onboarding and implementing our AI-driven products, meticulously ensuring seamless integration with existing payer workflows. This includes critical areas such as prior authorization processes, comprehensive case management, efficient member services, and effective provider engagement strategies.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be driving user adoption. This involves developing and delivering effective training programs for health plan staff, clearly demonstrating the functionality of our solutions and illustrating their real-world applications in achieving operational goals and enhancing patient care.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and validating opportunities for our clients to achieve substantial improvements in cost efficiency, member health outcomes, and administrative throughput. By leveraging the unique capabilities of Hippocratic AI, you will help payers optimize their operations and deliver better care.
  • • Proactive and consistent client communication is essential. You will manage ongoing engagement, anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate, actively solicit feedback, and serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating client needs and insights into actionable feedback for our product and engineering teams.
  • • You will define and track key success metrics that are specifically tailored to payer use cases. This includes establishing benchmarks and monitoring progress in areas such as reducing turnaround times for critical processes, improving staffing efficiency, and enhancing member and provider satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our internal product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that our platform consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. This includes ensuring product performance aligns with client requirements and adheres to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
  • • To further establish Hippocratic AI as a leader in the space, you will have the opportunity to participate in industry forums, conferences, and webinars. You will share best practices and contribute thought leadership on the transformative impact of AI in payer operations, helping to shape the future of healthcare administration and patient engagement.
