  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Forma Inc., you will ensure the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of 30+ commercial and enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving value from Forma’s flexible benefits platform.
  • • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, conduct regular business reviews, manage account administration in CRM, collaborate with support and operations teams to resolve issues, gather and analyze customer feedback, and work with Account Management to enable renewals and growth opportunities.
  • • Forma is a fast-growing HR tech company backed by Emergence Capital and Ribbit Capital, trusted by industry leaders like Stripe, Zoom, Lululemon, and Affirm to deliver customizable benefits programs through a unified platform that increases employee choice and reduces administrative burden for HR teams.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success within the employee benefits space, strengthen your consultative and relationship-management skills, and contribute to improving product adoption and customer satisfaction metrics while growing alongside a mission-driven, award-winning team recognized as a 'Great Place to Work'.
