  • • Own the entire post-sale journey for Revio’s creator, coach, and seller customers—onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal—so revenue never leaks and every user becomes a vocal advocate.
  • • Run a high-velocity playbook: within the first 30 days you’ll map each customer’s business model, configure their Revio workspace, and deliver a tailored 90-day success plan that ties product usage directly to their revenue goals.
  • • Monitor health scores daily; when an account dips below green you jump on a loom, Slack, or Zoom within hours, diagnose the friction, and prescribe a fix that turns risk into expansion.
  • • Translate customer pain into product gold: log every feature request, churn reason, and win story in Notion, then pitch the product team weekly so the roadmap reflects real-world ROI.
  • • Build and iterate playbooks, templates, and automations in HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Zapier to cut onboarding time by 40 % and free yourself for strategic, high-touch moments.
  • • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that feel like board meetings—data-rich, story-driven, and ending with a signed expansion order or glowing testimonial.
  • • Collaborate with Sales to co-pilot enterprise deals, ensuring promises made in the funnel become measurable outcomes in the first 90 days.
  • • Evangelize Revio inside customer communities—host live workshops, drop viral Twitter threads, and speak on podcasts—turning your book of business into a marketing engine.
  • • Report on net revenue retention (NRR), logo churn, and product-qualified leads (PQLs) every Monday to the leadership team; your dashboard is the single source of truth.
  • • Live our core values: move at break-neck speed, make AI your co-pilot, and treat every customer dollar as if it were your own.
  • • Travel (virtually or physically) up to 20 % to meet customers on their turf, capture content, and deepen relationships that Zoom alone can’t achieve.
  • • Mentor junior CSMs and create a knowledge base so good that new hires ramp in half the time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in a high-growth SaaS customer success, account management, or growth role with clear ownership of net revenue retention targets.
  • • Proven track record of expanding accounts—referenceable stories of turning $10 k ARR customers into $100 k+ ARR within 12 months.
  • • Fluent in modern CS tech stack: HubSpot, ChurnZero, Intercom, Zapier, and AI copilots; you automate the busywork so you can focus on strategy.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can deliver a persuasive QBR deck today and a viral Twitter thread tomorrow.
  • • Nice-to-have: experience working with creators, coaches, or digital-product sellers and an intuition for their business models and KPIs.
