📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors, directly enabling customers to streamline complex workflows and drive operational efficiency through AI-powered automation.
• Day to day, you will implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform, develop advanced prompting and memory management techniques, act as a technical expert in troubleshooting AI architectures, build scalable AI-powered IT workflows, monitor system performance, collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions, integrate AI into existing IT frameworks, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and assist product managers in defining technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of AI engineering solutions, with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations, including hands-on experience with integration technologies such as APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML), web services, middleware, ESB, SOA, BPM, and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL).
