📋 Description

• • As a Senior Automation Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will ensure the quality and reliability of web applications through a combination of manual and automated end-to-end testing, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality product releases.
• • Day to day, you will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, execute hybrid test strategies, leverage AI agents to accelerate automation, integrate automated accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and document defects in JIRA.
• • You will join NICE Ltd., a global market leader in AI, cloud, and digital solutions, serving 25,000+ businesses including 85 Fortune 100 companies, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, known for innovation and excellence in customer experience, financial crime prevention, and public safety.
