📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at Redis Ltd., you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with customers in South Korea, ensuring they realize maximum value from Redis solutions and driving long-term satisfaction and retention.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned customers, proactively engage them for successful onboarding and adoption, conduct business reviews, develop tailored success plans, monitor performance metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmap.
