Customer Success Manager (AI Enterprise)

📋 Description

• • As a foundational hire, you will build Deltia's Customer Success function from the ground up, owning the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of ~15-20 enterprise manufacturing accounts while establishing the infrastructure for a future team.
• • Day to day, you will own NRR, gross retention, and customer health; lead onboarding, ongoing engagement, and executive business reviews; facilitate cross-functional alignment between customer teams and internal stakeholders; proactively monitor solution performance; manage escalations end-to-end; and represent the customer voice in product and strategy discussions.
