- • As a Customer Success Manager at Filigran, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and growing customer relationships across Southeast Asia, ensuring users achieve success and satisfaction throughout their journey with our open-source cybersecurity solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full customer lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal—building proactive relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly, collaborating with Customer Support Engineers for seamless delivery, collecting and sharing customer feedback to improve products, and tracking success metrics to inform engagement strategies.
- • You will join a fast-growing, global, fully remote company founded in October 2022 that is revolutionizing cyber threat management through innovative open-source solutions trusted by over 6,000 organizations worldwide, with a mission to anticipate threats and strengthen organizational security posture.
