  • • As a Customer Success Manager for Ads Solutions at OpenAI, you will support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor to help them achieve business objectives while ensuring a responsible user experience.
  • • Day to day, you will own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, guide them through onboarding and campaign launches, analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations, identify expansion opportunities, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations, surface advertiser feedback to inform product strategy, and help build scalable processes for the advertising ecosystem.
  • • You will join OpenAI’s Ads Solutions team, which partners closely with advertisers to understand their needs and inform product development that drives revenue growth and long-term success while upholding user trust and platform integrity, all in service of OpenAI’s mission to ensure responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in digital advertising strategy, data-driven account management, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible AI product growth, with the opportunity to shape scalable processes and influence platform evolution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or a related client-facing role
  • • Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment
  • • Comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • • Experience with data querying (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/GSheets)
  • • Clear communication skills and ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in fast-moving, evolving environments
