- • As a Customer Success Manager at DeepL, you will play a pivotal role in building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through effective product adoption and strategic guidance, directly contributing to customer retention and advocacy.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting business reviews, supporting onboarding, driving product adoption, collaborating with Account Executives on upsell/cross-sell opportunities, educating customers on API usage, advocating for customer needs across internal teams, troubleshooting inquiries, mitigating renewal risks, and working cross-functionally to improve processes and product effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.
- • You will join DeepL’s growing Austin team, part of a global AI leader trusted by over 200,000 business customers and millions of individuals worldwide, where innovation, curiosity, and a growth mindset are core to the culture and mission of breaking down language barriers through intelligent AI technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in DeepL’s Language AI platform, particularly API integrations, sharpen your strategic account management skills, and grow as a trusted advisor who influences both customer success and internal product evolution through feedback and collaboration.
