- • As an Outreach Campaign Operations Manager at Vendelux, you will own the end-to-end performance of AI-powered outreach campaigns for a portfolio of customers, directly impacting their ability to generate pipeline and maximize event ROI through data-driven, high-volume outbound execution.
- • You will manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously, handling onboarding, execution, optimization, and reporting while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, diagnosing performance issues, refining email copy, tracking replies, driving follow-up, and booking meetings on behalf of customers.
- • You will join a fast-paced, high-growth Series A SaaS company founded in 2021 and backed by FirstMark, with a team drawn from elite organizations like Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and Shutterstock, operating at the intersection of customer success, outbound sales, and AI operations.
- • You will develop deep expertise in B2B outreach analytics, AI-assisted campaign optimization, and scalable process design, while influencing product roadmap through field insights and building repeatable systems that elevate campaign quality and customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B marketing, customer success, or high-volume client-facing operations.
- • Proven ability to manage a large number of concurrent accounts or workstreams with strong organizational systems and follow-through.
- • Strong instincts for B2B email copy — able to distinguish high-performing from low-performing messaging and explain why.
- • Analytical skills to diagnose campaign performance using metrics (reply rates, list quality, deliverability) and convert insights into clear, actionable next steps.
- • High ownership mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes, follows through without being chased, and treats customer results as personal responsibility.
- • Naturally adaptable and fast self-learner — quickly masters new tools and solves problems independently.
