- • Serve as the primary trusted advisor to industrial customers in Oman, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes from UptimeAI’s industrial AI platform.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams across key industrial sites including Muscat (Qurum) and Sohar.
- • Drive platform adoption by embedding UptimeAI insights into daily workflows, enabling teams to translate data-driven recommendations into actionable operational improvements.
- • Identify and quantify value realization opportunities such as reduction in unplanned downtime, improvement in equipment reliability, and cost savings across customer facilities.
- • Interpret technical analytics and translate them into clear, business-relevant recommendations tailored to plant-level and executive stakeholders.
- • Conduct training sessions and enable customer teams to independently use the platform to monitor, diagnose, and optimize operational performance.
- • Collaborate closely with internal product, data, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, prioritize feature requests, and resolve technical or workflow challenges.
- • Act as the local coordination point for all customer communications, reporting, and issue escalation within Oman.
- • Support the creation of customer success stories and case studies that demonstrate tangible ROI and operational impact.
- • Travel regularly between customer sites in Oman, including Muscat and Sohar, to conduct on-site engagements, workshops, and follow-ups.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of industrial workflows in Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemicals sectors to align platform capabilities with real-world operational needs.
- • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels—from frontline operators to C-suite executives—to align stakeholders on shared goals and outcomes.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators related to reliability, efficiency, and cost outcomes to demonstrate the platform’s business value.
- • Ensure consistent, proactive engagement with customers to foster long-term partnerships and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, or similar industrial industries
- • Background in operations, maintenance, reliability, or customer-facing technical roles
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Structured problem-solving and ability to work independently
- • Ability to translate technical insights into business impact narratives
- • Candidate must be based in Oman
