- • Serve as the primary strategic partner and advocate for enterprise customers across EMEA, ensuring they maximize value from the BetterUp Human Transformation Platform.
- • Build and expand executive sponsorship by cultivating relationships with program sponsors, C-suite leaders, and operational stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- • Partner with Account Management, Solutions Design, and Delivery teams to drive platform adoption, align BetterUp’s offerings with customer business goals, and strengthen the case for renewals and expansions.
- • Develop and deliver value-based business recommendations that connect BetterUp’s solutions to customer-specific challenges, outcomes, and internal narratives.
- • Proactively monitor account health metrics—including adoption rates, stakeholder alignment, and risk indicators—to prevent churn and enable timely interventions.
- • Design and maintain a personal operating rhythm to track milestones, risks, and value realization across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- • Lead cross-functional execution of customer-centric projects and customizations, ensuring scoped timelines, clear deliverables, and on-time delivery.
- • Create and maintain structured documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, and milestones to ensure transparency and consistency across all customer engagements.
- • Coordinate delivery teams to align resources, sequence workstreams, and meet commitments while balancing ROI, scalability, and time-to-market.
- • Communicate clearly and credibly with executive-level stakeholders (VP and C-suite), providing real-time updates on program status, outcomes, and risks in an audience-appropriate manner.
- • Manage communication triage and cascading during incidents, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- • Escalate critical issues to leadership appropriately and position Account Managers for expansion opportunities ahead of renewal periods.
- • Contribute to the evolution of BetterUp’s product functionality, marketing materials, and internal/customer best practices based on frontline insights.
- • Travel to client sites a minimum of 20% of the time for in-person engagements and strategic workshops.
- • Act as a key pipeline for advancement into the Client Delivery Director role, which leads end-to-end delivery for the company’s largest and most complex enterprise deployments.
- • Operate within a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of two days per week (or eight days per month) in the London office hub.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software and/or service delivery experience (execution and/or leadership)
- • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments (overseeing both operational and technical delivery)
- • Excellent communication skills with executive and operating level stakeholders (inclusive of business and technical personas)
- • Influencing and working cross-functionally, independently navigating complex organizations
- • Strong program/project management skills (Scrum/Agile a plus)
- • Ability to identify early warning signals of risk and drive proactive remediation
