- • Serve as a strategic post-sales advisor to healthcare customers, guiding them through adoption, value realization, and long-term transformation using UiPath’s agentic automation and AI solutions.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, IT stakeholders, and business teams across customer organizations to align automation initiatives with business objectives.
- • Develop and execute customer success and value realization plans that drive measurable outcomes, platform adoption, retention, and expansion within healthcare provider settings.
- • Facilitate executive business reviews, steering committee meetings, and value realization discussions to communicate the impact of automation on key healthcare metrics.
- • Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs involving business, operational, technology, and change management stakeholders across healthcare systems.
- • Establish governance structures, success metrics, risk management plans, and executive reporting mechanisms to ensure program momentum and accountability.
- • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Support, Product, and partner organizations to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
- • Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring alignment with customer strategic goals and regulatory requirements in healthcare operations.
- • Leverage deep experience in healthcare functions—such as Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Access, or Clinical Operations—to uncover high-impact automation opportunities and scale solutions across the customer portfolio.
- • Advise delivery teams on provider-specific requirements gathering, process redesign, and technology integration aligned with healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
- • Translate technical capabilities of UiPath’s SaaS, automation, and AI platforms into clear business outcomes that resonate with both executive and operational stakeholders.
- • Help customers define, measure, and communicate the business impact of automation initiatives, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved patient care metrics.
- • Identify expansion opportunities by aligning new UiPath capabilities with evolving customer priorities and emerging healthcare industry trends.
- • Drive customer advocacy through successful outcomes, strong partnership, and demonstrable ROI from automation and Agentic AI investments.
- • Stay current on healthcare industry dynamics, Agentic AI innovations, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation trends impacting provider operations.
- • Operate at the intersection of provider strategy, technology adoption, and organizational change to ensure lasting value from automation investments.
- • Influence without authority across diverse stakeholder groups, demonstrating executive presence and strategic communication skills in complex healthcare environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategic Account Management, or related customer-facing roles.
- • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs with cross-functional stakeholders and executive governance.
- • Strong ability to translate complex provider-specific concepts into automation opportunities with business-focused messaging for diverse audiences.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
- • Experience identifying and building business cases, driving organizational alignment, managing risk, and achieving measurable customer outcomes.
