- • Serve as the primary customer liaison for strategic accounts in Italy, building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders ranging from system administrators to Chief Security Officers (CSOs).
- • Develop and execute customer-specific success plans to drive onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction across the full portfolio of Trellix cybersecurity solutions and services.
- • Articulate the value of Trellix products and educational offerings to inspire usage, maximize time-to-value, and enhance return on investment for customers.
- • Partner with Sales teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to customer success, identifying opportunities for account expansion, retention, and renewals.
- • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align with customer goals, track progress, and reinforce ongoing value delivery of Trellix solutions.
- • Advocate for customer needs internally, escalating deployment or productivity-blocking issues to Sales, R&D, and Customer Success Engineering teams for resolution.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity challenges and map Trellix technology capabilities to address specific customer business outcomes.
- • Proactively identify risks to customer success and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks or escalate as necessary.
- • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer business strategies, technical environments, and success metrics to guide tailored engagement strategies.
- • Leverage cross-functional exposure to gain broader insight into all aspects of Trellix’s business operations and product ecosystem.
- • Foster outcome-based relationships with a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers in the Italian market, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- • Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
- • Drive customer transformation through engagement, education, and best practice adoption of Trellix’s AI-powered, automated cybersecurity platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software/cybersecurity industry
- • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts leading to adoption, expansion, and renewals
- • Strong customer orientation with ability to manage complex projects and conflicting priorities
- • Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • University degree or equivalent experience
