  • • As a Customer Success Manager – Mid Market at Lexroom Srl, you will own a growing portfolio of mid-market Italian clients, serving as their main point of reference from onboarding through renewal and expansion, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable for legal professionals across Europe.
  • • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end account lifecycles for law firms, in-house legal teams, and companies, drive renewals and upsells, conduct structured onboarding and follow-up cycles (both remote and on-site), build strong stakeholder relationships, surface client feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations, and monitor account health using dashboards and KPIs.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success within a high-growth SaaS environment, sharpen your commercial and stakeholder management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing, and have the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that influence product adoption and customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals in the €10k–€30k range
  • • Commercial mindset with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously and influencing stakeholders at different levels
  • • Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools such as HubSpot and Notion
  • • Native Italian and fluent English; other European languages are a plus
  • • SaaS or tech background; legal or professional-services background is a plus
