📋 Description

• • The Customer Success Manager (Sustainability Solutions) role at Higg Co (operating as Worldly) is responsible for helping customers turn sustainability goals into structured, executable programs, owning a portfolio of accounts and driving adoption of the Worldly platform to enable systemic shifts in sustainable business practices.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with customers to define sustainability goals and success metrics, building actionable execution plans using Worldly tools, driving implementation against milestones, managing customer relationships, monitoring KPIs, leading onboarding, translating sustainability data into actionable steps, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and internal teams to align solutions and improve customer success processes.
