  • • As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients, specifically those using Event Rental Systems (ERS) and Dumpster Rental Systems (DRS), have an exceptional onboarding experience and achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge SaaS solutions.
  • • ERS and DRS are industry-leading platforms designed to streamline operations for event rental and waste management businesses, offering comprehensive tools for online booking, contract management, dispatch, inventory tracking, CRM, integrated payments, and mobile field applications.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the setup and configuration of ERS/DRS software, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • • This role requires a proactive and consultative approach to understand each client's unique business needs and translate them into effective software configurations and rule sets.
  • • You will manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously, meticulously tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely completion.
  • • Responsibilities include conducting in-depth consultations to define software setup parameters, managing basic site modifications, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to end-users on the ERS/DRS software, ensuring they are proficient and confident in utilizing the platform to its full potential.
  • • Follow-up training and support will be provided at your discretion, demonstrating your ownership of the customer relationship and commitment to their success.
  • • Maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of all company software and services, staying abreast of new features and updates to effectively support clients.
  • • Actively contribute valuable insights and ideas for software improvements and new feature development, helping to shape the future of our products.
  • • Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions meticulously. This data will be crucial for regular reporting, creating team metrics, and identifying trends to enhance our service offerings.
  • • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, consistently striving for excellence and always acting in the best interest of the customer.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • • You will leverage your strong understanding of computer software, hardware, various internet applications, networks, and operating systems to support clients.
  • • Maintain client confidence and protect company operations by adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.

  • • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US, with a preference for candidates located in or near Austin, Texas.
