📋 Description

• Customer Support Agent at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, where you’ll be the frontline voice supporting English-speaking customers across global markets.
• Day to day, you’ll communicate with English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding company websites and services, escalate complex requests (e.g., refunds or technical issues) to other departments, and continuously develop professional skills through training and lectures for career advancement.
• You’ll join a mission-driven team within SKELAR Platform — the operational core that enables founders to scale from zero to one — surrounded by co-founders, top-tier specialists, and a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and social impact through the SKELAR Foundation.
• In this role, you’ll grow your IT and customer service expertise, take initiative in problem-solving, manage your shift accountability, and have clear pathways to increase salary every six months based on performance, with real examples of agents boosting earnings by 20% in the first month via monthly bonuses.

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Experience working with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or in person
• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 23:00 to 7:00 with a 30-minute break and team Slack Huddles
