- • As a Customer Support Consultant at IDEXX Laboratories, you will play a vital role in supporting veterinary diagnostics by serving as the first point of contact for customers regarding tests and analyses from laboratories in Ludwigsburg, Leipzig, and other international locations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, recording customer information in Salesforce, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating cross-functionally with field service, veterinary consultants, and laboratory diagnostic teams.
- • IDEXX is a global leader in veterinary diagnostics with over 10,000 employees worldwide, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of pets, people, and livestock through innovative diagnostic solutions and a strong customer-focused culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • Completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in veterinary, medical, or natural sciences
- • Customer-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs; prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
- • Motivated, flexible, and enjoys working in a large team while embracing new challenges
- • Work approach characterized by creativity, empathy, precision, and attention to detail
