This position ensures seamless customer communication and efficient lead management from first contact to project completion, directly impacting customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and business scalability in a competitive regional market.
- • Daily responsibilities include managing the full lead lifecycle through proactive phone-first outreach, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate dashboards, generating performance reports, engaging in community-based organic lead generation, and serving as a liaison between customers, technicians, and sales teams. The role also involves administrative support, turnover communications, and assisting the business owner with operational efficiency initiatives to support sustained growth.

- • High energy and proactive approach – willing to take ownership and follow up persistently (often 3-9+ times per lead)
- • Reliability – full-time commitment Monday–Friday, with Saturday availability preferred
- • Comfortable with high-volume lead management and multi-tasking across phone, text, email, and CRM/scheduling tools
