- • As a Customer Support Specialist at Roadie Inc., you will serve as the trusted first point of contact for customers, partners, and community members, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless logistics experiences and upholding Roadie’s reputation for exceptional service.
- • Day to day, you will provide phone, email, and text-based support, address customer concerns with active listening and empathy, balance speed with quality in issue resolution, proactively monitor deliveries, manage non-standard situations, log interactions accurately in Salesforce and other tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth operations.
- • Roadie, a UPS company, is a leading logistics and delivery platform reaching 97% of U.S. households through a network of over 310,000 independent drivers. The Support team is central to the Roadie experience, operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where flexibility and customer-first thinking are valued.
