- • As a Customer Support Specialist at Front, you will be the voice of the company for EMEA customers, ensuring timely and effective assistance while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing support queues via email and live chat, becoming an expert on Front’s product, debugging and testing features, filing clear bug reports, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
- • You will identify recurring customer challenges and propose improvements to macros, help center content, and internal processes, directly contributing to product refinement and operational efficiency.
- • Front is a customer operations platform used by over 9,000 companies including Uber Freight, Navan, and Stripe, backed by Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures, and recognized as a top workplace by multiple publications.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of proven customer service experience, ideally in SaaS or tech startups
- • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a bonus
- • Tech-savvy and able to explain complex issues simply, with comfort in learning new tools
- • Comfortable working EMEA hours and participating in periodic on-call rotations
- • Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys handling high volume without sacrificing quality
