  • • Customer Support Specialist at Prelude, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company redefining user authentication and onboarding with secure, frictionless OTP delivery and fraud prevention.
  • • Own end-to-end support for a portfolio of B2B clients (serving B2C end-users), including onboarding new customers, triaging and resolving technical issues, monitoring key accounts for optimization opportunities, and collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering teams.
  • • Proactively identify patterns in client feedback, build and maintain support documentation (FAQs, self-serve resources), and surface actionable insights to the product team to improve platform usability and client success.
  • • Contribute to shaping scalable support processes and tooling as Prelude expands internationally, with occasional on-call responsibilities (1 week per month) to ensure high-touch, reliable service.
  • • Join a mission-driven team backed by leading VCs, operating at strong product-market fit, and building the platform for trust at scale across Europe and into the US market.
  • • Develop deep expertise in how clients use Prelude’s authentication platform, understand end-user interactions, and grow into a trusted advisor who helps clients unlock maximum value from the product.

🎯 Requirements

  • • A few years of experience in customer support, client success, or technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity, with the ability to investigate root causes and propose both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are helpful.
  • • Comfortable using support tools and quickly learning new software.
  • • Familiarity with reading basic API logs or interpreting technical error messages.
  • • Experience with tools like Metabase, Retool, or ClickHouse is a plus, along with interest in leveraging AI or automation to enhance support efficiency.
