You will be the primary point of contact for the brand's French-speaking community, managing inquiries across a variety of modern digital channels. Your goal will be to ensure every customer receives a high-vibe, authentic, and empathetic experience that fosters loyalty and advocacy. This role demands a proactive individual who can not only handle day-to-day inquiries but also scale support effectively during high-volume periods, such as new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • • Your core duties will involve managing customer interactions with a fast, empathetic, and authentic brand voice across email and social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. You will be instrumental in managing the entire customer journey, from initial order processing and detailed shipment tracking to handling returns and exchanges, utilizing essential tools like Gorgias and Shopify to ensure seamless operations. A significant aspect of your role will be actively engaging with the community, not just to resolve issues, but to cultivate long-term loyalty and transform satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand advocates. This requires a deep understanding of the brand's values and a commitment to representing them effectively.
