🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment

  • • Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and basic troubleshooting of software applications
