  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Support Specialist with a specialization in Pet Care to become an integral part of our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering an exceptional customer experience for users of our innovative pet care products and services. Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance and support, ensuring our customers feel confident and empowered in their journey with their beloved pets.
  • • As a Customer Support Specialist, your core responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive consultations to users regarding dog training, behavior, and general care. This support will be delivered primarily through chat and email channels, ensuring timely and effective communication. You will be expected to offer personalized and prompt assistance, adeptly resolving user inquiries and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve educating clients on the full spectrum of our product's capabilities. You will actively guide users, motivating them to engage with and leverage the rich content available on our platform, thereby maximizing their benefit and satisfaction. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our products and services by diligently collecting and relaying customer feedback to the relevant product and development teams.
  • • This position demands a deep understanding of customer needs and an unwavering commitment to helping them achieve their pet care goals. You will need to demonstrate strong empathy and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with and support our diverse clientele. The ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including up to six night shifts per month, is essential. Proficiency in typing English at a speed of at least 30-40 words per minute is required, alongside advanced computer literacy and software navigation skills.
  • • A genuine interest in canine behavior, training methodologies, and a profound love for animals are fundamental to success in this role. You will be the voice of our brand, embodying our commitment to animal welfare and customer satisfaction.
