  • • Provide expert customer support to pet owners via chat and email, offering guidance on dog training, behavior, and care based on company product features and resources;
  • • Deliver personalized, timely responses to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction and retention;
  • • Educate users on platform content and features to encourage active engagement and maximize product value;
  • • Collect and document customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements;
  • • Maintain high standards of communication with empathy, clarity, and professionalism in all customer interactions;
  • • Work within a shift-based schedule that includes up to six night shifts per month to support global customer needs;
  • • Achieve a minimum typing speed of 30–40 words per minute in English to ensure efficient response times;
  • • Utilize computer systems and software tools to manage customer tickets, track interactions, and update records accurately;
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of canine behavior, psychology, and training methods to provide credible, informed advice;
  • • Foster positive customer relationships by showing genuine care for pet owners and their animals;
  • • Adapt quickly to constructive feedback and continuously improve service delivery based on performance metrics and team input;
  • • Maintain a strong interest in dog care and training, with a personal passion for animals as a foundational trait;
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to a customer-centric product culture;
  • • Ensure all communications are conducted in English at an Upper Intermediate (B2+) level or higher;
  • • Operate independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations and team goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Upper Intermediate English (B2+) proficiency
  • • Veterinary education or experience working with animals, including understanding of canine behavior and psychology
  • • Ability to work flexible shifts, including up to six night shifts per month
  • • Minimum typing speed of 30–40 words per minute in English
  • • Proficient computer and software skills
  • • Passion for dogs and animal care
