📋 Description

• As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and leading a team of customer support agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• You will closely monitor agent performance, provide frequent coaching, and handle customer escalations.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining coaching logs, providing regular written feedback, and ensuring schedule adherence.
• Additionally, you will be expected to navigate our support environment, listen to team members' feedback, and resolve any challenges or conflicts.
• You will also be responsible for initiating consequence management steps in the case of low-performing team members and delegating tasks to high-potential team members.
• You will also suggest and lead team-building activities for team motivation.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of coaching experience, 2+ years of people management experience, and 2+ years of customer support experience.
• You will be responsible for maintaining high standards for your team, ensuring the customer experience remains the focal point of every discussion, and delivering feedback that aligns with our standards.
• You will also be expected to become a product expert to coach your agents effectively.
• You will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance scores above 9% and ensuring desired productivity levels.
• You will also be expected to navigate our support environment, which includes tools such as Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect.

• 2+ years of customer support experience
