- • Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and video conference for hardware, software, assay, and training-related inquiries from Beckman Coulter’s existing customer base in a 24/7 support environment.
- • Independently resolve complex and routine technical issues while mentoring and providing peer assistance for routine troubleshooting.
- • Distinguish between hardware, reagent, and software issues to accurately diagnose and resolve customer problems over the phone or by dispatching the appropriate resource.
- • Report to the Hematology & Urinalysis Supervisor as part of the Customer Technical Support Organization (CTSO) based in Miami, Florida, working fully remotely during 2nd shift hours (10:00 AM–6:30 PM PT).
- • Requires an associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry.
- • Minimum 3 years of lab or field experience required.
- • Ability to clearly articulate and provide direction over the phone or via email.
- • Preferred qualifications include prior troubleshooting experience on electromechanical instrumentation, experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory, and background in a customer service environment.

- • Eligible for remote work arrangement; perform duties from home with flexibility and support from the interview team.
- • Hourly compensation range: $26.00–$33.00 per hour (in good faith, subject to future modification).
