• • The Cyber Defense Forensics Lead provides expert leadership for digital forensics and advanced cyber investigations in support of CBP security operations, playing a critical role in protecting national security systems by identifying, analyzing, and responding to cyber incidents, insider threats, and advanced persistent threats.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading high-impact investigations, responding to sophisticated adversaries, guiding teams through complex digital forensics challenges, shaping investigative approaches, mentoring analysts, and directly influencing threat detection and neutralization strategies across classified and unclassified environments.
