📋 Description
- • Teach cyber operations courses remotely as adjunct faculty for University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), supporting the Cyber Dev Operations program.
- • Deliver instruction in Foundations of Cyberspace Operations (CYOP 200), Reverse Engineering and Malware Analysis (CYOP 310), and Cyber Operations Capstone (CYOP 495), focusing on hands-on labs, threat detection, malware analysis, and cyber defense strategies.
- • Engage adult learners through interactive, project-based learning, providing timely feedback and fostering scholar-practitioner development in cybersecurity.
- • Contribute to curriculum improvement and complete mandatory faculty training (FacDev 411) while supporting UMGC’s mission to serve 90,000 students, including 55,000 military-affiliated learners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Cyber Operations or a related field from an accredited institution.
- • Professional experience in Cyber Operations or related technical fields.
- • Experience teaching adult learners online or in higher education (strongly preferred).
- • Ability to teach online courses effectively using digital learning platforms.
