📋 Description

• • As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will work in a platform engineering role focused on building quality infrastructure and tooling for the entire engineering organization, ensuring reliable and scalable testing practices across a complex product ecosystem.
• • You will design and maintain reusable quality tooling and services, build and evolve end-to-end (E2E) test frameworks from scratch, develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, work with mocking and service virtualization tools, conduct R&D and proof-of-concept work, collaborate with product and QA teams to improve test infrastructure, and build analytics and observability around test quality and stability.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, primarily based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, with many developers bringing 5–10+ years of experience and a culture rooted in deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, thoughtful collaboration, and strong engineering practices.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in platform-level test automation, CI/CD infrastructure, and quality observability while contributing to a globally used fundraising platform trusted by leading nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association, gaining impact through reusable solutions that elevate engineering quality across teams.
