• • You will be an integral part of our dynamic tech team, which is structured into six specialized subteams: Dashboard, Engine, Infrastructure, Integrations, Threat Research, and Security. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and allows for deep dives into various aspects of our cutting-edge technology.
• • Our infrastructure is robust and globally distributed, handling an immense volume of over 2,000 billion events daily with response times as low as 3 milliseconds. We operate across more than 29 data centers worldwide, leveraging Docker for deployment.
• • We utilize a modern cloud stack, deploying on AWS, Scaleway, and GCP, and manage our infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform. Monitoring is handled efficiently using Grafana and Prometheus, ensuring high availability and performance.
• • The sheer scale of our operations is impressive, processing an average of 8 billion requests per day and managing over 300 TB of data monthly. This presents unique challenges and opportunities for security analysis and threat mitigation.
• • Our technology stack is built for performance and scalability. The real-time detection layer is developed in Java, complemented by a low-latency Stream Engine running on Flink in Scala. Elasticsearch is used for data storage, Kafka facilitates inter-layer communication, HAProxy manages load balancing, and our dashboards are built with Symfony and Angular.

• • In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to our valued customers, ensuring their security needs are met with prompt and effective solutions.
• • You will actively participate in our threat research initiatives, collaborating closely with experienced threat researchers and data scientists to continuously challenge and enhance the capabilities of our detection engine.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve analyzing vast datasets of web traffic, encompassing over 100 billion documents, to identify, investigate, and block malicious activities and emerging threats.
• • You will contribute directly to strengthening our detection mechanisms by analyzing past attack patterns and trends, translating these insights into actionable improvements.
• • Your collaboration with threat researchers will be key in optimizing and refining DataDome's real-time detection engine, ensuring it remains at the forefront of bot and fraud prevention.
• • A core responsibility will be proactively identifying potential new attack vectors and developing and implementing new alerts within our detection platform to safeguard our clients.
