- • Join Immersive Labs as a Cyber Security Consultant in Dubai, UAE, and become a pivotal member of our expanding Cyber Resilience team. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on building deep, long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring they maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform and achieve their cyber resilience objectives through a structured, programmatic approach.
- • Unlike traditional, project-based consultancy, you will be embedded with the client, acting as a trusted, long-term advisor. Your primary mission is to understand the customer's unique cyber strategy and vision, aligning and complementing it with the capabilities of the Immersive One Platform to drive cyber resilience and maturity.
- • Your success is intrinsically linked to the customer's success. You will be the go-to expert, adapting to diverse situations, demonstrating agile, on-the-spot thinking, and providing expert guidance to all levels of the organization, from C-suite executives to frontline teams.
- • Key responsibilities include partnering with customers to define and achieve their business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives. You will develop strategic roadmaps focused on enhancing cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic methodology.
- • Engage effectively with C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major business units by delivering insightful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs). Your deep cybersecurity knowledge will be instrumental in recommending program enhancements and proposing new initiatives, driving the adoption and utilization of the Immersive Labs Platform to its fullest potential.
- • Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving threat landscape by actively participating in the cybersecurity community, monitoring emerging threats, industry trends, and new technologies. This continuous learning will enable you to provide cutting-edge advice and solutions.
- • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with our product, content, and engineering teams. Your feedback and insights will directly influence product innovation and development, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of cyber resilience solutions.
- • Provide crucial Program Management support, assisting customers in integrating and operationalizing Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs sustainably. You will leverage platform metrics, custom reports, and insightful data to demonstrate the tangible value created throughout the customer's journey.
- • Serve as a primary escalation point and liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts. You will be the initial point of contact for sales teams regarding service delivery questions within your assigned accounts.
- • In collaboration with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will co-deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), presenting executive-level reports and strategic insights that foster long-term account health and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, coupled with experience in a Customer Success or similar client-facing capacity.
- • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- • Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware, software, databases, networking, security principles, and software development concepts.
- • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, jargon-free manner.
- • Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows & Linux), common security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
- • Demonstrated experience in leading technical presentations for diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
