- ⢠Design, build, and deliver defensive security labs and crisis simulation content on the Immersive One platform using real-world incident response techniques and blue team methodologies.
- ⢠Research and analyze the latest cyber threats, incidents, and attack vectors to develop accurate, up-to-date crisis simulation content that reflects current adversary behaviors.
- ⢠Utilize the MITRE ATT&CK framework to structure and validate defensive content, ensuring alignment with enterprise threat detection and response standards.
- ⢠Create multi-format learning content including practical exercises, gamified challenges, and theoretical modules to engage technical and non-technical users across global organizations.
- ⢠Test and validate Blue Team labs and ranges to ensure functionality, accuracy, and educational effectiveness before deployment.
- ⢠Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible, and intuitive learning experiences using analogies, examples, and real-world scenarios.
- ⢠Collaborate with the Product team to innovate and integrate new features into the platform that enhance defensive security training and crisis simulation capabilities.
- ⢠Continuously improve existing content based on user feedback, platform analytics, and evolving threat landscapes to maintain platform relevance and impact.
- ⢠Work closely with Cyber Team Leads to shape the roadmap for defensive security and crisis simulation content, prioritizing high-impact areas for customer demand and market growth.
- ⢠Develop content that simulates both offensive attacks and defensive responses in immersive, interactive environments to train users in high-pressure decision-making.
- ⢠Maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity fundamentals to ensure technical accuracy in all content outputs.
- ⢠Embody a problem-solving, iterative mindsetâprototyping, testing, and refining content through rapid cycles to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
- ⢠Contribute to a culture of innovation by proposing novel approaches to cyber resilience training that disrupt traditional methods and elevate user engagement.
- ⢠Educate global audiences on defensive security best practices, empowering organizations to prove and improve their cyber readiness through experiential learning.
- ⢠Support the companyâs customer-centric mission by ensuring all content directly addresses real-world security challenges faced by enterprise customers.
- ⢠Participate in cross-functional initiatives to align defensive content with broader product innovations and platform enhancements.

- ⢠Several years of experience working in the defensive security space, particularly within Incident Response or tabletop exercises
- ⢠In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in enterprise threat defense
- ⢠Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts
- ⢠Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity subjects using relatable examples and analogies
- ⢠Proven experience designing and delivering practical, gamified cybersecurity training content
- ⢠Natural problem-solving and iterative prototyping mindset with a passion for cybersecurity innovation
