- • Cybersecurity AI Risk and Governance Engineer, Global – a critical role ensuring the secure deployment and operation of AI, ML, and LLM systems across Vantage Data Centers’ enterprise, operational, and OT environments.
- • Day to day, the engineer performs technical security testing and reviews of AI-enabled applications, implements secure architecture patterns for AI systems across cloud, hybrid, on-prem, and OT-adjacent environments, engineers secure inference paths and APIs with zero trust principles, implements safeguards against prompt injection and data leakage, configures monitoring and logging controls for AI usage, validates model explainability and traceability, conducts AI-specific threat modeling, integrates security signals into SOC and SIEM tools, supports incident response for AI-related events, reviews vendor AI capabilities for compliance, and drives alignment with ISO 42001 and AI governance standards.
- • The Cybersecurity Department at Vantage Data Centers serves as the technical and security authority for AI systems, ensuring they deliver business value without introducing unacceptable cyber, operational, safety, workforce, or regulatory risk, in alignment with Global Policies and Standards.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in AI/ML security, LLM risk management, secure architecture, data governance, and incident response while influencing enterprise-wide AI safety practices and contributing to compliance with emerging AI standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- • Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or risk engineering roles
- • Hands-on experience securing data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, and analytics or ML-enabled systems
- • Strong understanding of identity, access management, encryption, logging, and secure system design
