• • Teach Cybersecurity for Leaders and Managers (CSIA 300) remotely to adult learners in the Cybersecurity Management and Policy Program at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), focusing on cybersecurity principles, enterprise IT governance, data security, privacy laws, and leadership skills to help students become strategic partners in organizational cybersecurity programs.
• • Engage students through frequent interaction, guide collaborative problem- and project-based learning, provide constructive feedback using rubrics, demonstrate current subject-matter expertise, and connect concepts across the academic program while offering feedback on curricular improvements.
