• This freelance Cybersecurity Specialist / CISO – AI Security Trainer role at 10Xteam Inc. is a unique opportunity to apply deep cybersecurity expertise to improve the reasoning and accuracy of advanced AI systems, ensuring they reflect real-world security practices rather than theoretical or flawed assumptions.
• The role is critical in bridging human expertise with AI development, where your insights will directly shape how next-generation models understand and respond to cybersecurity threats, risk assessments, and compliance scenarios.
• You will review and refine AI-generated outputs related to cybersecurity, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and protection protocols for digital assets, identifying inaccuracies, oversimplifications, or logical gaps that could undermine AI reliability in security contexts.
• You will evaluate AI responses for practicality, technical correctness, and alignment with real-world security frameworks, ensuring outputs are not only accurate but actionable for practitioners, regulators, and IT leaders.
• You will draft realistic cybersecurity scenarios grounded in your direct professional experience, creating nuanced, context-rich examples that reflect actual incident response, threat modeling, and strategic decision-making.
• You will create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives — such as cybersecurity specialist, client, IT leader, or regulator — to train AI to understand diverse viewpoints and contextual nuances in security discussions.
• You will identify gaps, weak reasoning, or missing considerations in AI-generated content, such as overlooked attack vectors, inadequate mitigation logic, or non-compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR-relevant security practices.
• You will work independently with structured deliverables, providing clear, critical feedback that enhances the depth and authenticity of AI training data without requiring hands-on technical implementation or tool configuration.
• You will contribute to building AI systems that can reason about cybersecurity at scale, helping prevent dangerous overconfidence in automated security advice and improving the trustworthiness of AI-assisted security decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level cybersecurity specialist or CISO with significant professional experience within the EU or UK, including hands-on involvement in strategy, risk management, and incident response.
• Proven ability to evaluate security documentation, solutions, and compliance against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or GDPR-related security obligations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to identify logical flaws, oversights, or unrealistic assumptions in technical content.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of drafting clear, realistic scenarios and structured feedback tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with reliable, prompt responsiveness to task assignments and feedback cycles.
• Comfort working independently in a remote freelance setting, managing your own schedule while meeting deliverable expectations.
