- • Lead and ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft Biz App’s implementation engagements, driving revenue of all Microsoft Biz Apps (Power Platform, SharePoint, and Co-Pilot) offerings across businesses in the Defense & Security segment with revenue management expectations of >$5 million in the first year.
- • Drive business development in the sector by supporting the execution of the segment strategy, evangelizing Microsoft Biz Apps internally across Defense & Security segments to promote awareness of use cases and client opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of leading sales calls, proposal development, and client presentations.
- • Support the practice leadership team to develop sales strategies for growing the practice, coordinate recruiting efforts to build a team and support growth in sales and high-quality, repeatable engagements, and be accountable for ensuring the overall delivery execution quality of Microsoft Biz Apps engagements in the segment by providing oversight and governance.
- • Mentor more junior team members in Microsoft Biz App’s best practices and business analysis, project management, build and develop relationships with segment teams and Microsoft D&S segment to align on sales pursuits, resource capacity and capabilities, and support the development of thought leadership content and marketing material.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Microsoft Biz Apps engagements.
- • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications is required, including leading large Microsoft Business Application engagements.
- • Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Business Applications - Expertise with multiple Modules.
- • Active Microsoft Power Platform certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
- • US Citizenship Required.
