- • Serve as a Senior Functional Consultant on the Managed Services team, managing clients’ Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, to enhance client workflows and operational efficiency.
- • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve support tickets related to Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations.
- • Collaborate directly with clients and internal MCA Connect project teams to gather, define, and document functional requirements for system enhancements and new capabilities.
- • Translate client business processes into technical solution designs that leverage Microsoft’s ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with best practices.
- • Deliver assigned tasks on time and within budget across multiple client engagements simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- • Provide ongoing system optimization recommendations based on usage patterns, performance metrics, and evolving client needs.
- • Participate in client onboarding, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new or updated solutions.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all deployed solutions, including configuration settings, customizations, integration points, and support procedures.
- • Work within a virtual, home-based office environment with up to 25% travel to client sites for on-site support, workshops, or implementation reviews.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal Managed Services processes, tools, and knowledge repositories to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
- • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE updates, features, and roadmap changes to advise clients on emerging capabilities and strategic opportunities.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on system limitations, workarounds, and long-term platform strategy.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect MCA Connect’s commitment to innovation, professionalism, and measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform components
- • Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and customize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for enterprise clients
- • Strong track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex support tickets in live Dynamics 365 CE environments
- • Experience working with multiple clients concurrently in a managed services or consulting capacity
- • Ability to document functional requirements and solution designs clearly and comprehensively
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements
