  • • This role is fundamentally about driving the successful implementation and rollout of a standardized global finance template, ensuring consistency and efficiency across diverse geographical locations.
  • • You will be the key liaison between the business's critical finance users, process owners, finance leads, and both internal and external IT teams, translating complex business needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
  • • A deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes is paramount. This includes, but is not limited to, Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank management.
  • • Your expertise will be applied to meticulously validate, adapt, and implement the global D365FO finance template during each country's rollout phase, ensuring it meets both global standards and local requirements.
  • • The primary focus of this position is on the execution of deployment activities, ensuring a smooth and successful transition of the global D365FO finance solution across multiple geographies.
  • • Responsibilities will encompass coordinating local fit-gap analyses, meticulously executing localization and configuration tasks, and providing robust support for data migration activities.
  • • You will be instrumental in validating end-to-end processes through comprehensive testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously preparing test reports, and rigorously ensuring adherence to the established Eurofins global template.
  • • While deployment execution is the core responsibility, you will also have opportunities to contribute to solution design, develop functional specifications, and provide essential post-live support when the need arises.
  • • As an integral member of the internal D365 Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will collaborate closely with the existing IT team and our external implementation partner.
  • • Your work will ensure the consistent application of the global template while adeptly addressing country-specific requirements through appropriate and well-documented localization strategies.
  • • You will play a crucial role in securing integration readiness, ensuring seamless data flows between D365FO and other critical business systems, and facilitating a smooth transition to operational use.
  • • This is a highly transversal role, requiring effective collaboration across Finance, IT, and regional business teams to champion standardization and harmonization of the future finance operating model throughout the Eurofins network.
  • • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • • Configuration and Module Setup: You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining D365FO Finance modules, including core functionalities such as Accounting, Chart of Accounts, Dimensions, Fixed Assets, Sales, Cost Accounting, and Warehousing.
  • • All configurations must strictly adhere to global design principles, internal policies, and Key Guidance Documents (KGD), including GxP-relevant standards where applicable, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • • System Integration: Your role will involve the setup, support, and validation of integrations between D365FO and surrounding critical systems like CRM, ADMS, and LIMS.
  • • This includes ensuring process continuity, maintaining data consistency across platforms, and verifying reliable end-to-end data flows, as well as actively participating in SIT and UAT to confirm integration integrity.
  • • Data Migration: You will lead and manage all aspects of data migration activities, encompassing data mapping, cleansing, validation, and rigorous testing, to guarantee the accurate, compliant, and efficient transition of legacy data into the D365FO environment.
  • • Training and Support: Providing comprehensive training, developing clear documentation, and offering functional support during testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases will be essential to drive user adoption, empower end-users, and maintain stable, efficient operations post-implementation.
  • • Documentation: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including detailed functional specifications, clear process flows, accurate configuration documents, user manuals, and robust test scenarios.
  • • This ensures clarity, facilitates auditability, and guarantees alignment with global standards and project requirements.
  • • Business Process Analysis: Assess both global and regional finance and accounting processes to identify potential gaps and specific localization needs.
  • • Validate these requirements meticulously with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure complete alignment with the Eurofins network's overarching global finance template and strategic objectives.
  • • Functional Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and precise D365FO configuration settings that effectively meet global process standards and critical business objectives.
  • • Project Delivery and Rollout Execution: Lead selected functional streams during country rollouts, conduct thorough fit-gap analyses, provide expert support for localization efforts, and coordinate deliverables effectively with the Centre of Excellence, implementation partners, and all relevant project stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely deployment of the solution.
  • • You will be a key contributor to ensuring the solution is not only technically sound but also adopted effectively by users, driving business value across the organization.
