📋 Description

• • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to conduct advanced analyses that address critical business questions and uncover strategic opportunities.
• • Explore and integrate data from multiple sources to transform raw data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• • Design, develop, and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and experiments to monitor the performance and impact of new product features and business initiatives.
• • Build data frameworks and analytical products that enable behavioral analysis and drive data-informed behaviors across the organization.
• • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• • Partner closely with business domain teams to understand their objectives and deliver tailored analytics that directly influence their outcomes.
• • Utilize SQL extensively for querying, transforming, and modeling datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
• • Leverage Looker for data visualization and reporting to create intuitive, scalable dashboards that track KPIs and business health.
• • Apply statistical concepts and analytical techniques using Python or R to perform deeper data analysis and validation.
• • Work independently in a fast-paced, international environment with minimal supervision, while actively contributing to a collaborative, high-engagement team culture.
• • Ensure all analytical outputs align with company-wide standards for accuracy, consistency, and usability across global business units.
• • Maintain strong stakeholder management practices by proactively communicating insights, managing expectations, and iterating based on feedback.
• • Contribute to a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data governance, documentation, and reproducibility.
• • Work in-person at least three days per week at one of Perk’s office hubs, requiring proximity to a designated location.
• • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to embed analytics into operational workflows and improve productivity across departments.
• • Support the broader mission of eliminating shadow work by using data to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or process improvements.
